Performance Characteristics
- The iron cores are constructed from imported, high-conduction magnetic, cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon-steel sheets with a core thickness of less than 0.3mm. The core surface is coated with epoxy resin, making it both moisture-proof and rust-proof.
- The low-voltage winding uses a bobbin winding made of brass foil, except for smaller capacities that use copper wire. The high-voltage winding is multi-layered bobbin winding, resulting in low flux leakage and high mechanical strength.
- This transformer can be equipped with an air cooling device that operates with low noise. The cooling fan can be regulated by a temperature controller, allowing the transformer to function at 40% above its rated capacity.
- A temperature-sensing element and system embedded in the low-voltage winding provide protection for the transformer.
- The transformer is available with an IP20/IP23 rated casing to prevent short circuits caused by small animals.
