operating guide | 1 Please read the instruction manual before use and connect the circuit according to the wiring diagram. 2 The protector shall be fixed below the AC contactor, and the three-phase power line at the lower end of the contactor shall pass through the protector sleeve hole respectively, and the control line shall be connected according to the wiring diagram. 3 protectors l and 2 are power inputs, 3 and 4 are normally closed points of relays, (JD -601)5 is the incoming line (neutral line) of the motor, and 6 is the leakage signal line (shell). 7 and 8 are alarm control terminals of relay normally open point. 4 Try to electrify the protector: adjust the current potentiometer and delay potentiometer on the panel to the maximum position. The switch starts and stops normally, and the running light is on, but other lights are off. The protector shall be subjected to overload test, phase failure test and leakage test, and the protector shall work normally. 5 Adjust the current potentiometer to adjust the current to the rated current of the motor, and the current at this time is the actual running current of the motor. 6 When the motor fails and trips, the protector keeps its memory. When starting again, you need to press the stop button (disconnect the power supply) to reset the protector, and then restart it. |
